Can I Return or Exchange Items if I Change my Mind?

If you change your mind, you are free to return your item for a refund or exchange within 30 days, excluding earrings (for strict hygiene reasons), personalised or engraved items, gift cards & gift packaging. If you have received a free gift with your order, and are looking for a full refund, you will have to return the entire order including the free gift. If however, you decide to keep some items from the order, you may keep the free gift if the parts of the order you keep mean that you're still eligible for the free gift. Can I Return a Sale Item?

Yes you can! We accept returns on all sale items excluding personalised or engraved items, earrings (for strict hygiene reasons), gift cards & gift packaging.

Can I Return Earrings?

Our earrings are non-refundable for strict hygiene reasons that we adhere to for the safety of our customers. We accept returns on ear cuffs.

Is it Free to Return my Order?

C J Merriman - Jewellery does not cover the postage cost when returning orders for a refund or exchange.

Will my Original Shipping Charge be Refunded?

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

When will I Receive my Refund?

We process returns within 7 working days of receiving them back into our warehouse, and any funds will be returned to your account within 6 working days from that point.

My Item is Faulty, What Should I do?

For all instances of faulty items, please contact us at info@cjmerriman.co.uk with your order number and images of the item showing the fault and our customer service team will resolve this for you.

I Received an Incorrect Item, What Should I do?

For all instances of incorrect items, please contact us at info@cjmerriman.co.uk with your order number and images of the item received and our customer service team will resolve this for you.

I Received a Free Gift / Item - Can I Still get a Refund?

If you have received a free gift with your order, and are looking for a full refund, you will have to return the entire order including the free gift. If however, you decide to keep some items from the order, you may keep the free gift if the parts of the order you keep mean that you're still eligible for the free gift. How long will it take for me to get my items?

From the moment you place your order, there are two steps that commence:

Processing time:

Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and postal service process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.

Shipping time:

This refers to the time takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. This item is shipped directly from our suppliers and will take around 3-14 days to reach customers within the United States, 7-15 days to Europe & 20-25 days to the rest of world.

What happens if I order more than one item ?

Some items will arrive together, while others may arrive separately.

Can I return my items?

Our policy lasts 30 days.

If 30 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The customer is also responsible for covering any shipping charges to return items.

Will I have to pay customs on my items?

This varies from country to country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may arise.
